Difficulty level: Guests need to be able to climb in and out of the hot-air balloon unassisted

*Guests will be picked up and dropped off by Hero Balloon Flights from all major hotels. Other guests will need to meet at Winter Park Visitors Parking.
Know before you go
- Pre-registration is required. Please bring your ID and ticket for check-in.
- Please read the terms and conditions before purchase and note that you will be required to complete a waiver form before the activity.
- Guests who fail to meet at the designated time and place will not be able to join the experience.
- Guests should wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe walking shoes or boots.
- Early mornings can be chilly; we strongly recommend you bring a warm jacket.
