Full Moon Sound Bath at Hegra
Five Senses Sanctuary offers this special guided meditative sound experience under the soothing light of the moon at Hegra - Saudi Arabia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Through breathing techniques, easy stretches and soothing frequencies, you’re guided on an immersive sound journey under the glow of the full moon. In this state, the body releases stress and allows the mind time to rest and find inner harmony.

- Duration: 90 mins (not including travel time)
- Arrival time: 5:30 pm at Winter Park
Event Schedule
- 5:45 pm - Depart from Winter Park
- 6:15 pm - Arrive at Hegra Visitor Centre
- 6:30 pm - Head to event location within Hegra
- 7 pm - Event start time
- 8:30 pm - Event ends
- 15 minutes for participants to relax/take photos/mingle
- 9:30 pm - Arrive back at Winter Park

• Pre-registration is required. Please bring your ID and ticket for check-in.
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience.
• Guests are advised to wear warm and comfortable outdoor clothing.
• This experience is not suitable for people of determination.
Getting To The Venue
Return transportation is provided from Winter Park to Hegra Heritage Site. Please arrive at the Winter Park meeting point location at 5:30 pm. The bus will depart by 5:45 pm from Winter Park to the Hegra Heritage Site
