The slow and deliberate nature of Pilates allows you to fine-tune movements, leading to improved coordination and a heightened mind-body connection. A Five Senses Sanctuary Pilates session also helps destress while boosting core strength and flexibility.

• While a limited number of mats are available, bringing your own is recommended.

• Free Parking at Winter Park or limited parking at the venue

• Please note that any bank credit card charges cannot be refunded.
